經過多次反復調整，確定了燈具配光曲線，即滿足照明需求又避免了眩光污染，且白日燈具及其隱蔽，堪稱經典之作

南岸、北岸景觀帶South bank and north bank landscape belt

南岸由培蘭大橋進入通道前的第一個交通轉盤，轉盤直徑約34m，以包容（榕）天下為主題，綠化風格以草坪、花卉和大樹為特色。圓盤中心孤植一棵大榕樹造型樹，外圍為五彩花卉構成的五條色帶，寓意中華民族以寬廣的胸懷，包容天下
