建筑設計以“城市門坊”為基本概念，從實際的功能需求出發，依據日照和采光等因素的影響，得到差異化的功能體塊組合，并以特殊功能的盒子點綴其間，有效連接各使用空間。通過轉向、移位等設計手法塑造出城市門坊和豎向街區的整體意向。

Based on the basic concept of "city gate", starting from the actual functional requirements, according to the influence of sunshine, daylighting and other factors, the architectural design obtains different functional block combinations, and intersperses them with special functional boxes to effectively connect the use spaces. Through the design methods of turning and shifting, the overall intention of city gate and vertical block is shaped。

本項目充分展現了建筑師“從設計概念到細節呈現”的全局設計觀，自方案之初就提出完整的景觀、室內、燈光及標識設計設想，使之與建筑設計的整體理念相吻合，通過精細化的全程管理，最終落實為富有完整性和表現力的建筑作品。

This project fully demonstrates the architect's overall design concept of "from design concept to detail presentation". Since the beginning of the scheme, the architect has put forward complete landscape, interior, lighting and logo design ideas, so that they are consistent with the overall concept of architectural design. 結合建筑結構設計構思中把建筑與光聯系在一起。通過燈光設計手法賦予建筑寓意；“光之門”意以文化之光、科技之光、時尚之光展現建筑的世界之門。通過夜間光與影的對比，展現建筑的特有結構。
